Can I return an item or order from schleich®?

Please contact our Customer Service team to issue a Return Label for your item or order. All returns or refunds requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Refund amount is equal to purchase price and does not include shipping and handling charges.

Any packages returned without a label from our Customer Service Team will not be re-imbursed nor processed. 

Once the return is received in our warehouse, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 business days.
